This office is a complete nightmare. The staff , specifically the girl answering incoming calls, is rude, disorganized, and clearly doesn’t care about patients. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its patients!

And Good luck getting a call back from this place. They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message, don’t expect a response. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.”

I just contacted Advanced Psychological Associates & Wellness Center and was informed by the receptionist that there’s something like $50 fee for each form needed for work, such as time-off . I’ve decided to look for another psychologist who better fits me and doesn’t charge more for paperwork than the visit.

Was in a bad place and knew I needed some help. Unfortunately, I couldn't ever get this office to return any of my messages. Took it as a sign to go elsewhere. Very disheartening to experience from somewhere that should be more caring
