I've been an ADT customer for nearly 10 years, and my experience has been riddled with issues. The panic button malfunctioned multiple times, false alarms led to police fines, and most recently, I discovered that my alarm system hadn't sent signals for nine months. ADT never informed me, and I was still charged during this period. When I reached out for a refund, I got zero resolution. Their lack of accountability and poor communication have completely destroyed my trust. I cannot recommend ADT to anyone.

I tried to have someone come out for a quote. Scheduling sent an installer with a pre built plan that included a bunch of expensive things they didn't ask me about, and the installer is unable to remove.I was anticipating $43/month and the installer quoted $90/month. My only solution is to reschedule and miss yet more work.Very disrespectful of customers' time

Stay away from this shady dishonest fraudulent company. I bought a house. This house came with a security system. Tied into the security system is a video door bell, smart locks, sensors, and cameras. They are all accessed through a centralized panel. I cannot use any of it without a code. The sellers of this home used ADT. When they cancelled their service with ADT, the ADT rep told them to not give us, the new home owners, this code. When we called in they refused to give us this code either unless we signed up with them as customers. We do not want to do business with them. Their rates are bad. Their reviews are bad.
