The receptionist Luz deserves special recognition! She was patient, helpful, and genuinely caring. From the moment she answered the phone and got my dad in the following morning to pull a tooth. It’s clear she enjoys her job and values patients. Thank you for making my dad’s visit stress-free. We appreciate you so much!
For the most part they did great. There were a lot of people in the waiting room and even though they were understaffed my husband was called pretty close to his appointment time. The issues were with the oral surgeon and whoever was with him, neither speak English very well and the accent was so thick that my husband wasn't able to communicate with them, nor did he feel heard. But for a medi-cal facility this is one of the better ones
What can I say about the doctors and staff. They are kind and courteous. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and no complaints at all. Making my appointments are always easy. The only thing I do wish is that they would open on Saturday's.
