The whole experience was wonderful. They arrived on time for the initial assessment and the estimate was compatible with other local companies. However, it was very helpful that they offer 0% for 18 month financing, and they provided all the available rebates and tax credit information. Finally, the installers were professional and took pride in their craftsmanship. They did a great job!
The other reviews are spot on, and this is one of my most enthusiastic 5-star reviews. I got 6 quotes, and Water Heater Pros was the cheapest AND provided some of the best equipment. Little things, like how they broke down their initial quote, showed their attention to detail. And they processed the TECH Clean CA rebate when I asked about it (just got my check in the mail). The heat pump water heater installed by Alberto M (who was very patient with my questions during the install) is working flawlessly. And Steve was fast to respond to all messages. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Water Heater Pros came out and said my water heater was perfectly fine, only needed ventilation slats on my water heater closet door. We discussed newer options, tankless and what replacing might cost, should the need arise. The technician, Bobby was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Unlike Bell Bros, he wasn’t trying to sell me anything or freak me out into thinking my unit was imminently going to fail, unless I bought a new water heater. l did end up having a Scale Rx unit placed the very same day with Water Heater Pros because I have very hard water.
