This is my local Ulta beauty, I was just in to try to pick up ozone lip liner from Urban decay and it wasn't there, but they let me order it in store and it came in like 3 days. Super grateful, everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable, and it's close to my house which is nice.
I got my hair colored by Sara B. and she is a miracle worker. I was absolutely in awe of my hair, she definitely exceeded my expectations. She took my super dark, almost black hair to vibrant and vivid red highlights. I keep getting so many compliments and I am in love with my hair. I will definitely be going back and will be booking for my daughter as well. Highly recommend going to her, she is so welcoming and sweet.
the staff here are very nice except the lady down there doing the hair i think she is a hairdresser i was looking for hairspray and i wanted to try some but the lady came and the way she talked was very rude she acted like we cant use it we need to know if the item is good or not
