Shaqi is an amazing stylist. My hair was orange from home dyeing and she recommended full highlights. I could not believe the blonde level she got my hair to, there was no yellow in the highlights. This is a super rare salon experience for me.
Shaqi took her time with each foil, got the thickness exactly right so the highlights contrast my base color instead of blending into mush, and made sure every section was properly saturated. She did not rush the foiling. She clearly cared about the final product and it showed.

Ok, when did Ulta become more expensive than Sephora? That being said, they are way more accessible for me and I found the most amazing Hair Stylist through them! Shaki Q. Is, in my opinion, the absolute best hair stylist in the entire sacramento Valley. she Is an absolute artist when it comes to hair. She cuts, colors and highlights with style and precision.
She blended and colored my grays with absolute perfection! Even my son, who rarely notices things like that said to me “your hair looks so good!” I usually feel about 10 yrs younger when I get back from seeing her.
