The people at Superior solar Incorporated were awesome before I got in contact with them I had another company that said they were going to put in a battery and after 2 months of them not contacting me Superior solar got it done in 2 weeks after they were finished the other company called me back and it was 3 months later and before the batteries were installed my NEM was running about $1,500 a year and within the first month the batteries helped me to bring that down to nothing I am now able to sell my extra power back to Pacific Gas and Electric
Rene is an outstanding technician! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every single time.
Whenever I’ve had an issue with my solar system, even late at night, Rene always picks up the phone right away. The very next day, he shows up at my house to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He truly understands the technical issues and explains everything in a friendly, easy-to-understand way.
The entire solar company also did a fantastic job during the initial installation. They handled all the paperwork, permits, and details very simply and conveniently — the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
