I wax helping an elderly neighbor select tile for a replaster job. Nothing big, no huge sale. First, I thought we needed to make an appointment to look at the tiles. So, I called and left two messages requesting an appointment. No return calls to schedule an appointment or letting me know an appointment was not necessary. Second, after some clarification by the plaster company we went to store and it was easy to find. Unfortunately, I felt we were imposing on the associates time. When we asked about standard tiles, we were told they were on one wall, and some were on another wall. Did they help by getting out of the chair and helping us find the standard... read full review

I just can’t say enough about this store. I have been going crazy trying to figure out all the things I need picked out for my pool, my builder told me to go to NPT to browse. I walked in greeted by a gal named Jenni. She was amazing. She is super knowledgeable and has great advice on picking colors and tile. She made the entire process seamless and easy. I actually enjoyed it! She’s a great listener and knew exactly what products to direct to towards. If you need need anything pool related, this is your store and she is your girl! Thanks again for helping me with this exciting process
