Nick Tech is AMAZING!!!! They were contacted by my home warranty company to FIX what South Placer Heating and Air messed up. Nick Tech was here just a few minutes and my AC has been blowing cold all summer longer and I couldn't be more grateful for the quick response and call to action. Definitely make sure you let your home warranty company you want Nick Tech and DO NOT let them assign you South Placer Heating and Air

I had to withdraw 5 star rating due to I had Hvac service done this year, this time I went with a different Hvac company because I noticed after Fred came and replaced compressor, the entire summer last year unit would never sufficiently cool down home in heat of day nor turn off just kept running.So I called love and care Hvac and they signed off on work. I explained to them the same as written above and gave top rating, but still unit kept running then of course winter came and unit off till now! and when I had service champions come do summer tune up they immediately located the issue after their diagnostics. Turns out Fred did not fill the unit up correctly with freon.... read full review

Called him on 4/30 and he told me he could come out on 5/5 for routine maintenance on my AC unit. He told me to text him the time and my address. Never replied to my text and never showed up. Tried calling again and did not get an answer. I'll be going elsewhere.
