Joining Moventous was the best decision I could have made.This is a great gym.The owner Ryan White has really helped me with relieving my shoulder pain.I really like the workouts he has given me, they are easy to follow on the app. The gym has state of the art equipment and everything is kept very clean.The gym has a great atmosphere and everyone is very nice!

Honestly, I’ve been to so many gyms but this one by far is the best! Such a comfy and safe space. I’m a shy girlie so big/crowded gyms overwhelm me but this was the perfect size, had all the equipment I needed (and then some), and even the staff was nice! Got greeted as soon as I walked in by Peter! Thanks for the warm welcome :) Highly recommend and will be going back!

The Moventous gym is clean and well maintained. Owner/trainer Ryan White is very knowledgeable in this field. He is constantly aware of my physical abilities, and he provides expert advice. When my doctor recommended physical exercise, she researched Mr. White's abilities and training, then stated, "Be sure you sign only with him." I attribute my longevity to his training. My team of doctors agree it is this exercise that has brought me through at least three near death illnesses
