First time buyer ordered coil springs for my jeep on Monday. Noticed a missed call from the company so I call back and get communication from a super nice rep that my parts will be shipped this week. I also told the rep I live close to the shop and can swing by if needed to pick up the parts. Rep notified me it won’t save any time shipping would be fast. Also the Wife is out of town sounds like the perfect time to install some new Jeep parts. Here we are Saturday no parts no update or communication about delivery taking longer.
