No massage chair, soaking tub was literaly a flat basin, the extremely old tech could barely see and when clipping my nails she nearly clipped my toes twice had I not alarmed her to the fact. I pointed out flaws to her and she would not fix the errors just kept adding more polish. The cost was not cheap either. Never again.Service: Pedicure

Not okay. Had a mani & pedi scheduled this summer. I witnessed them write my name down. On the day of my appointment, I went in, on time, and they didn't have foot tubs, and they told me they couldn't help me. They started arguing with me, about my scheduled appointment. I walked out. Unbelievable. They also posted $80 for a full set?! This is why for years, I have gone to the beauty shop and get nail supplies and do them myself! This place has seen me grow up and they treated me like garbage. Something is wrong with this place. The customer disrespect is ALARMING. No thank you. I'm done.

Horrible customer service had an appointment and walk in and notice everything is old and dirty but not only that they told me to come back later they didn't have time for me. What's the point of making me an appointment then? Rude.
