I have worked in the wastewater business for many years, and I have to say that this company's customer service is excellent. Additionally, the prices are fair, the work is done correctly, and no mess left behind. And, no up sale hype. They show up on time. assess the situation, take the necessary actions, clean up and convey their findings t the resident. Couldn't ask for more.

I will just say this is why plumbers make great money. Celso arrived today exactly when he said he would and kept me in the loop the entire time during the job. He was very professional and even narrated while I recorded videos for the city to show them how degraded their line was after the city had come out the previous day and told me their end was good! Couldn’t ask for a better employee, if he ever needs a job he can call me! Photo is before he got here.

I had a leaking toilet. Tried to fix the wax gasket ourselves. Yuck! Tried two versions. Did not work. Gave up and called Express Sewer and they sent Max. Professional, polite, fixed the leak and also took care of a tank issue. Left everything spotless! Thank you.Service: Toilet repair
