Jimmy and his team came out to install a new air conditioner in my home. His bid was the best out of the 3 that I received. The system that I received has a lifetime warranty best in the industry. Jimmy and his crew came in and did a very professional job installing my equipment. I was very pleased with the way they kept me in the loop throughout the process. Also, the clean up was outstanding. They definitely paid attention to detail. The process was easy and simple. Jimmy and his crew are my Go To guys for my air conditioning and heating needs.

I called this morning as soon as I discovered our A/C wasn’t working. They had an opening this afternoon and said they would contact me with more specific details. That’s exactly what they did, the communication was excellent. The tech identified the problem in minutes and made the necessary repairs right away. We had very nice conversations and he was very respectful. I’m 100% satisfied with the service call and the price was reasonable too. I will definitely call Beyond Cool again for any HVAC needs I have.

I found Beyond Cool Heating and Air after not feeling so good from a quote from another contractor and I am so glad I did. Not only was the other contractor’s diagnosis wrong, Zach’s pricing was half of what the other company was going to charge. If you want honesty, please use Beyond Heating and Air, they are awesome.
