Service was great and done in a timely manner. Took one of our vehicles to them twice already and plan on taking all our vehicles to them in the future. Worked with Ricky, he kept me up to date with what was going on and has been very helpful.

We took our car to ACT to help us investigate a non-urgent but ongoing issue that we had been experiencing. It did end up taking three visits in total to get everything done - they had been busy and ran out of time to fully reproduce/diagnose the problem on the first day. We did need to use the car in the meantime so we had to bring it back again. The second time, they were able to look more into it and order a part that they suspected was part of the issue, then give us a quote for that and another service we also decided to get done. At the final visit, we brought the car in and they were efficient and took care of replacing the part and everything else within the day. We had Ricky as our main contact and he was always professional and transparent at each encounter regarding timelines and fees. Prices were reasonable and we didn't feel pressured at any time to do business with them. Despite having to set up several appointments, they were always flexible and able to accommodate our schedules, even letting us store the car there overnight when we couldn't make it to pick up before they closed. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend them for your car needs if you're in the area!

Carlos owner and his team, they’re know their business. I did a lot my cars and all the time perfect ??, good quality parts. I definitely would come back. The customer service and work was great! Friendly and very professional. I will definitely be recommending. Thank you!!
