Scott had completed an earlier walk through of the church property to discuss several bathroom issues. He provided us with several options to address the issues. We selected the option that worked best for the church per our budget and scheduled the work . Scott showed on for the appointment on time and completed all the required tasks. The work was also completed in a timely fashion and professionally done. Thumbs up!!!
Scott came earlier than scheduled and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and also gave me other options to deal with my situation. He was thorough and knew exactly what to do. I would use this company again if needed, although I hope the need won't arise in the near future. The cost for the service was fair and competitive.
Had our septic holding tank pump fail and called Proper Plumbing to replace it. Scott is friendly and professional, presented us with several different options for replacement at different price points, and completed the work as scheduled. Very happy working with Scott and Proper Plumbing, highly recommend!
