Phoenix Pet Center in Ramona is a great place for pet owners. Gina, the caring owner, works wonders with pets during grooming sessions. From Rag dolls to Miniature Dauchunds and Huskies, the results are always fantastic. A Heeler with aggressive behavior had its nails done stress-free, and even pets that are anxious or aggressive go through grooming quickly and calmly. The staff is very kind and gentle, making sure pets are comfortable and cared for. The center’s attentive and loving care makes it a popular spot for grooming needs, especially for pets with special needs or anxiety.
My dog is extremely anxious and aggressive against other dogs. I took him to get his nails trimmed and she had them done in less than an hour, she also made arrangements so that there would be less dogs there so that he wouldn’t be as stressed out. Won’t be going anywhere else from here on out!
I take my 10lb Toy Fox Terrier in once a month for nail grinding. He has IVD he is in a lot of pain and loosing sensation on his back legs she takes such gentle care of him and is so quick. 5 minutes we are in and out. What I appreciate the most is how very kind and gentle she is with my boy. I recommend her to everyone. 🌼💛
I am so happy I found Phoenix Pet Center. Gina connected quickly with my pug, Prince. He came out so clean and handsome with his little bandana. His nails were overgrown. The staff did a good job trimming them down. It seemed as though the long nails were affecting his walking. Prince and I don't see eye-to-eye when it comes to trimming nails. We both have severe anxiety attacks. Prince immediately runs to his bed now whenever he sees me sitting on the floor. I don't blame him because I've clipped his pads a few times. It's that bad. After getting over the guilt, I finally gave in and found Gina. It's the best decision I've made for both Prince's and my wellbeing.
