The reason I'm giving this salon 4 stars, was due to the customer service I received before going in. They don't say the salons name when you call them, and they weren't friendly. The only real way I could make an appointment was to text, which is fine but I think they need to sound a little friendlier. I felt like I was a burden to whoever answered the phone“

They fit us in the same day, and were even kind enough to move back our appointment when we were running late.
