What can I say? Jayden is the man! He arrived early, answered all of my questions & explained everything thoroughly. We will be contacting Frye Mechanical soon to have a smart thermostat installed & have maintenance performed. I'm so glad we found this company! It's hard enough to get someone to come out to where we live (Borrego Springs), let alone someone as professional and competent as Jayden. Many thanks to Jayden for taking the time to explain all that stuff to me!
I had an excellent experience with Trevor! He truly saved the day and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything to me and reviewed the pricing beforehand to make sure I was comfortable with the work that needed to be done.
What really stood out to me was his professionalism and humility. While I was making my payment, Trevor automatically bypassed the tip option and selected $0 for himself. I stopped him and changed it to a 20% tip because he absolutely deserved a little something extra for helping me out today.
