We had a really bad clog in our kitchen. The clog was not just under the sink, but deep in the pipes. Called them in the morning and they showed up in the early afternoon and on time. They not only cleared the clog, but they were able to clean the pipe of the built up residue from the past 30 years. Very happy with their service and will use them again!
We needed to have old toilet removed and have new one installed. Called American Ally and they sent Josh over. He did a great job, was prompt, friendly and quick. Hauled old toilet away, cleaned up after install and everything looks and works great!
I needed a new garbage disposal installed. I called American Ally around 9 am. Just 4 hours later, Hector arrived. He did a quick diagnosis after first checking if it was a simple fix. He determined it did need a new unit. He gave me a couple of quotes so I could get the one I wanted. Hector and Josh were very professional and respectful of property. The new unit was installed quickly but thoroughly and runs great with no leaks.
