I heavily depend on Yelp reviews when I select and visit a restaurant or hire anyone for a service. I contacted The Flying Locksmiths givern their ratings to help me with a condo mailbox lock that was, I thought, broken. They scheduled me for today and to my surprise, the tech was late about 30 minutes. David, the tech, was red and sweating profusely. I could tell he had just come from a job and was busting his behind. He apologized several times which I accepted and was very helpful. Joe & team did an amazing job on my security gate. A few other companies could not figure out how to solve my issue with electrifying my entrance. TFL found a system, got it installed & charged me a reasonable price. I would use them again 100%

Excellent service through and through. From getting a no obligations quote through email all the way to locks in the door, experience was painless and easy. My tech David was great. He arrived on time with a heads up call before his arrival and did a quick and professional job on the install/re-key. He also recommended some interesting security products I will consider in the future.
