I havent had my hair cut in a salon in over 3 years, I was long overdue for a hair cut and decided to walk in on sunday. I didnt need an appointment and was helped promptly. Crystal Westbrooks, store manager, was able to cut my loooong hair beautifully. I wanted to add some layers and keep a V/ U style shape. She was even more than happy to add some shaping/ framing in the front even though we had already gone through my hair once. She was very cautious as I was asking for short hair in the front and she wanted to make sure she understood what I wanted since it was going to be alot of hair. I had an existential crisis about balding in my early 20's and a girl I was dating coming in to visit. The shift manager, Taylor Marshall, was an absolute artist and undid the terrible work of my last amateur barber while making me look and feel better about my hair than I ever have in my life. I've never had a regular barber before, but I will now! You won't regret the visit!!!

Based on my walk in experience at Supercuts I have to give them 5 stars. I didn't want to go in but my Daughter said "Mom come on!" It was my Mothers Birthday and we just picked her up from the Nursing Home. All I'm gonna say is I can't stand Nursing homes and they definitely have not been taking care of my Mom's hair. She had several pieces of hair that were very matted(dreadlocked). My Daughter had explained the situation and Taylor and Crystal were so attentive and understanding. Taylor did a great job and cut Moms hair and those locks exactly how we asked. I couldn't not have been more grateful for the two of them on this day! Thank you again ladies for being so patient with my Mom and making her look great on her Birthday!
