I hate having to write this review. I tried to find an email to contact the business to resolve this issue privately but unfortunately, there is not one available. I also tried calling with no response. Please note, it was not Benni that did my hair but another stylist. I came by as a new client recently for a much needed haircut. I was told to come at 10 and I waited for the other appointment to finish before me which is no problem. When it was my turn, my haircut was very rushed and because more clients came in for appointments my hair was only half blow-dried and I was asked what I thought. I'm new to SD and I'm so glad to find Benni's salon! She did an excellent service and I am very happy with her work. Benni is very friendly, patient and professional .She listened to my concerns and made great recommendations on what's best for my hair and look. What I liked the most about her was her time management and how she handled multiple customers at the same time! It was very easy to book a time with her and she was very responsive. Her salon was also very nice and clean. I've got many compliments on my hair and I highly recommended her services.

Today I had my hair done by Benni for the first time, and I must say, she exceeded my expectations. I walked in with brassy hair and a boring style but ended up with perfect color and highlights and a fabulous haircut to top it off. Benni takes pride in her work. She gives professional suggestions and advice without being pushy. I highly recommend Benni if you want a fresh and sophisticated look.
