Excellent job! Should have come directly to him instead of wasting 30 hours at home trying to fix it myself! He diagnosed and knew the problem within 5 minutes right in front of me. (edit) Needed to come in again for an issue with another computer. I wish I could give him 6 Stars!! Do yourself a favor and just bring it in to him. Prices are MORE than fair for what he offers and he goes the extra mile.

Joey is very professional and knowledgeable that he can quickly identify the issue and provide the most practical solution to clients. Joey also provide great customer service that he is very patiently answering all clients questions, a very good communicator in my experience and observation.In addition, he is very honest with integrity and always thinks in clients' shoes, his price is very reasonable. Often times, if for simple issues he even didn't charge at all. Last time he spent about 30 minutes to help me opening up my computer with water in it, and took time give me instructions on what to do in order to dry out the water, when it's done he didn't charge me a penny!I...read full review

This is the best place you could hope for! Extremely knowledgeable, fast-working and honest work. The best customer service I have seen of anywhere in San Diego. It’s worth the drive no matter where you are!
