My son's gaming desktop was dropped during a move and stopped booting up after a day of use. Despite our best efforts to fix it with the help of a family member, we couldn't get it working. My son found ProTech Computer Store in Poway through a Google search. Initially, I was very skeptical, so I made a phone call to confirm their diagnostic services. I found Joey Wu, the owner of ProTech Computer in Poway, through a Google search. I was very pleased with his work, his professionalism, and his prices. I brought in my son's PC which he uses for gaming. Joey was patient and thoughtful as he listened to my weak effort to explain what was wrong with the computer (because I am neither computer savvy nor am I a gamer). Joey was thorough in his troubleshooting, ordered and installed a replacement graphics card, and finished the transaction by charging me a very reasonable rate for his work.
