Had a wonderful experience! Spoke to Reyna on the phone, scheduled an Eye Exam. At my visit, Julie at the front desk was extremely polite and had great positivity. Sandy carried the same energy helping me shop around for frames, breaking down estimates covered/out of pocket.
Dr.Bloomberg was very polite, quick! There's a nice warm feeling when you're there. Reyna complimented me and really made my Monday. Thanks again for all your help! If you're reading this, definitely come by and check it out. I was in and out in about 40 minutes.
Dr. Bloomberg is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. And I've worn glasses since grade school! He's warm, kind, compassionate, and oh so knowledgeable. He makes sure I understand everything about my aging eyes and calms my fears and concerns. Other doctors have had to remake the glasses because the prescriptions were wrong. Never the case with Dr. Bloomberg! I enthusiastically recommend him.Melanie is an exceptional optician, also the best I've ever had. Shetakes her time with me, with a smile; I've tried on so many frames! She welcomes my visits for adjustments and is very generous in spirit.I always feel well cared for at Poway Vision Care.
The optometrist was professional and no complaints! But when I went to look at glasses in their showroom, it was a nightmare. The employee helping me was overwhelming. She talked constantly, hovered over me, and gave an opinion although I didn't ask When I'd chosen a pair, she was chaotic. I had to remind her to check my pupil measurements. Anyway, I felt numb when I left.
