Wow, let me tell you, the Petco in Poway is absolutely incredible! I mean, seriously, they never disappoint. Even though they're always super busy, they still managed to squeeze in a walk-in grooming for me. I trust them completely with my precious fur babies, Paris and Carter, and they always go above and beyond to make sure they're well taken care of. I just want to say a big thank you to the entire team for doing such an amazing job!

Go no further to get your puppies groomed here! Great value and wonderful hard working ladies here! Don't forget to tip! Everyone knows how hard it is to wash the dogs at home and having someone else do it is a blessing. Victoria is the best for our pups Fia and Blue! Super positive and friendly animal lovers in here. 6 stars

I've been here once, and it was for their grooming services. I think I got three text messages and two emails reminding me about my appointment time. I show up at the prescribed time and am told that only my specific groomer can check me in. So I stood around for almost 15 minutes waiting for her to appear, which was super frustrating. Once she got my dog checked in, everything was better, as the the grooming staff seem competent and friendly. Issues arose again at checkout though. The groomers were busy with other clients, so a regular store cashier checked me out.
