It's not this store it is your corporate headquarters and your website online I have place two orders first one was slow second even slower and your customer service is terrible. Will not order anything from Petco again. Pain in the a- - I would give them -3 stars if I could. terrible service and their customer service people are the worst I've ever dealt with. talk to a customer service representative Saturday and ask her to have a supervisor talk to me She told me a supervisor would call me back. I've never heard anything back from them.
Couldn't handle grooming my medium size dog. Yes, he isn't an angel, but he has been groomed at other salons, including another Petco, with no issues. Groomers don't seem very skilled and not willing to work with client at all. Not coming back here and don't recommend.
Wow, let me tell you, the Petco in Poway is absolutely incredible! I mean, seriously, they never disappoint. Even though they're always super busy, they still managed to squeeze in a walk-in grooming for me. I trust them completely with my precious fur babies, Paris and Carter, and they always go above and beyond to make sure they're well taken care of. I just want to say a big thank you to the entire team for doing such an amazing job!
