Love the vibe for my husband and teen boys. Brought my husband in to cut his long wavy hair. He was nervous, but Austin put him at ease. She followed my directions to the letter. After coming home, we didn't love the square look of the cut. Austin hooked us up by adding layers with no additional charge. Plus free drinks in the fridge and vintage candy at the door. We found our new shop!

The barber was very friendly and professional, and I appreciated the welcoming and chill atmosphere. He was great about letting me give feedback along the way and was very helpful with my own requests. However, I was a little disappointed with the haircut as it didn’t turn out the way I had hoped. I showed an image but struggled to explain exactly what I wanted. Overall, it was a great experience in terms of service and environment, but the final result wasn’t quite what I expected.

Had a really great experience with Austin cutting my hair here, I have curly hair and sometimes hair stylists don't know how best to deal with it, but that wasn't the case here. Came in with a vague idea of what I wanted, she helped me figure it out and took her time to make sure the cut was perfect, I was really satisfied with the end result.
Ambiance in the shop was inviting and upbeat, prices were perfectly reasonable for the level of service provided, conversation was great and I'll definitely be back next time I need a haircut in San Diego. Thanks Austin! (p.s. both me and the hair stylist are named Austin I'm not thanking myself)
