I was in the area and in desperate need of some muscle work in my lower back and neck. I'm always in moderate pain, but this day it was really bad. I called Spa Lux at 6:10pm and Cindy had me in by 6:30. She made a 1 hour deep tissue massage feel like 2!! I can't believe the ground she covered in an hour. It was AMAZING. Today, woke up for the first time in years without pain. I live 30 minutes away but will gladly come back for another massage! Thank you, Cindy.

We had a nice experience at this massage parlor in Poway neighborhood. The staff was polite and courteous. They are professional in their service and the place is maintained clean and neat. They have decent options and service packages to offer and getting an appointment is not that difficult.
Would recommend this place to others.
