I called to have our condensation pipes cleaned out. I knew it was not draining. They got into my attic, took care of the drainage and prepared it for summer. We took some preventative measures so nothing would break down over the summer. Larry and Dylan explained everything as they thoroughly finished the work. I felt the price was fair for the work.

We put in a mini-splitter in our garage and it's worth its weight in gold. they did a free estimate and gave us multiple options and pricing to fit our budget. We had multiple companies give us estimates and they came in the lowest and had the best equipment with the best warranties. The installation was flawless and we couldn't be happier with the unit, I will use them again and would recommend them for sure.

Larry is very professional and his quality of work is not enough stars you could give him . Price for my heating repair was very well spent. I highly recommend Kites quality heating. The office is the same very courteous and knowledgeable.
