I don’t often write reviews, but this one is well earned.
We discovered black mold and wet drywall in our home (the result of a plumbing leak in the wall). We called a few restoration companies. IRP was able to come out the same day. The work commenced immediately.
The project required fixing the plumbing, getting rid of the mold, replacing the drywall, replacing damaged floorboards and baseboards, removing and reinstalling a toilet, and repainting.

Found water leaking from my garage floor and shared wall to the kitchen. Called IRP as trusted this resource as I had hired them previously for a small mold remediation job. I was happy with their work.
I called and spoke to Jose, the Mitigation Dept. Manager, and he came right away to assess where the water was leaking from.
The mitigation team, immediately followed: Daniel, Eddie and Jered. It was a hot water pipe the under the kitchen slab.
