My first contact with the office of Heavenly Smiles was over the phone with an incredibly knowledgeable, caring, supportive get ‘er done lady by the name of Melinda! When Melinda learned that a prior dental office was not going to be able to release x-ray copies to me for 5-8 business days, Melinda made it happen; the Poway dental office emailed x-ray copies to me that day! WOW! Thank You Melinda! Appointment day at Heavenly Smiles! I walk into the lobby, omgosh, I was among perfection; the furniture was polished, the windows were impeccable, the bottle glass wall was sparkling, the floor I could eat on, the music playing was pleasant, the dental room was equal to the lobby, the Dentist Bita Tahvildari, and her assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly!!! TRUTH! Obviously, the dental facility is named, “Heavenly,” due to the PERFECT smile one will attain. However, I believe MY new dental office IS “Heavenly,” like, Heaven; here I found PEACE, KINDNESS, WARMTH, EMPATHY, etc. Sounds like Heaven to me!!!
