I contacted another HVAC company before I found GVK on Nextdoor.com. GVK had great reviews. The other company sent a tech out, told me my mini split AC needed deep cleaning and the cost would come to about $500. That didn’t sound right because the unit was just deep cleaned several months ago and the house has been vacant for a few months. I called GVK and after describing the gurgling sound problem to George who picked up the phone, he actually diagnosed the problem without even seeing the unit. I couldn’t be happier with the service from GVK Heating and Air! I needed to replace my air conditioner and from start to finish, George demonstrated incredible professionalism and reliability and was friendly and approachable. Before the installation, he took time to explain what he was gong to do and after the installation he told me how the unit worked in-depth, which was incredibly helpful. He was transparent with pricing and offered extremely reasonable rates. It was very clear that it was important to him that his service is high quality.
