Charlie performed re-grout work for us on a 30-year old shower. He was very straightforward and honest in his estimate, showed up exactly on time on the scheduled day of work, and the results look great for a very reasonable job price. The job included removing a whole bunch of badly applied silicone sealant which had been applied by the homeowner as a "quick fix" (sorry about that!). Final results look very professional and watertight.

Wow is all I can say. My travertine floors and grout look brand new. Charles was professional, and really took the time to explain the proper care to keep the grout looking like it does right now. Highly recommend his services.

We had Charlie come and work on our master bathroom. It was a mess and we believed that a complete remodel may have been our only good option. Charlie arrived precisely on time for his visit to bid on the project. He assured us that he could make our shower and vanity look nice again. We are amazed at the transformation he performed. Our tile and grout look brand new. He showed up right on time, finished right when he estimated, and left the house looking like nobody had ever come over. We're really happy with every aspect of the service and give our unreserved recommendation to anyone needing grout or tile work.
