Not sure what's up Jordan's butt, but my experience was stellar. While pregnant during my third trimester, I knew I desperately needed to get our master shower up and running as my husband and I had been avoiding it because the grout was disgusting. Reached out via Yelp, scheduled an appointment, Charlie showed up on time for a consultation. He assessed our grout and walked me through his quote, then we scheduled a time for him to do the job. He was communicative about when I should be out of the house to avoid any fumes as a precaution, and made sure to set up fans too. Once again, arrived on time and finished leaving my grout and shower looking like new! For what it's worth, Charlie *is* a little old school (schedules on paper and accepts cash or check only), but to me that also means he has old school experience. Which my nasty, old school, 90s tiled shower absolutely needed.
Charlie performed re-grout work for us on a 30-year old shower. He was very straightforward and honest in his estimate, showed up exactly on time on the scheduled day of work, and the results look great for a very reasonable job price. The job included removing a whole bunch of badly applied silicone sealant which had been applied by the homeowner as a "quick fix" (sorry about that!). Final results look very professional and watertight.
Wow is all I can say. My travertine floors and grout look brand new. Charles was professional, and really took the time to explain the proper care to keep the grout looking like it does right now. Highly recommend his services.
