Hair cut wasn't bad but I've never had my hair yanked on the way they did. I was in disbelief. I didn't say anything in fear that I would get a bad cut. Being gentle goes a very long way with me. It would've been 4 or 5 stars if she didn't pull my hair the whole time and bonk me in the head with the brush while drying my hair.

Overall experience was good. The salon was clean and well-maintained. The stylist was attentive and took the time to understand my preferences. The haircut itself turned out well and aligned with what I had in mind. For a quick and reasonably priced haircut, Great Clips is worth considering.

My daughter needed to get a haircut the only problem was trying to find a stylist she could trust that could actually cut her hair the way she wanted. Since here hair is very curly and thick it is hard to find someone that can cut it the way she likes. She also has her own hair routine and does not like people pushing a lot of products on her.We decided to head to the Great Clips in Poway and give them a try. Reviews were good and people seemed happy. Glad we did! The stylist asked my daughter what she wanted and took the time to actually listen to her.
