I went into Great Clips a couple days ago as I was tired of my long and dull hair. When I checked in, the staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean. I only had to wait about 5 minutes even though the wait time on the app was 15 minutes. My stylist was Kayla and when I told her what I wanted done, she was able to listen, made sure this is what I wanted done because it was a major haircut, and got my cut done within 30 minutes. She was quick, sufficient, and friendly throughout the entire encounter. I came back today to take my two daughters to get a haircut (after they saw my new cut and wanted to get theirs done too). Maggie is the most amazing hairstylist I could ask for. I’ve been going to her regularly, about every two weeks like clockwork for maybe 7 months now. I call to make sure she’s in. She knows exactly how to cut my curly hair and is extremely detail oriented. She is the only person I have cut my hair and I’ve been beyond happy every time. She’s always a highlight of my day - I don’t know what’d I’d do without her.
