“I had Zerorez come to my home to clean the carpet in a family room, stairway, upstairs master suite and walk-in-closet. The technician Jose N. also cleaned a Lazy Boy reclining sofa and a Lazy Boy recliner. He also took a 9x12 area rug back to the facility to be cleaned. He was on time, did a great job on the carpeting and furniture listed above. The 9X12 rug was returned today (1 week to return). The rug looks brand new. I am extremely pleased with the job Jose did. I might also add I had another cleaning service 3 years ago and the price they charged for just cleaning the same carpet areas and the 9X12 rug was almost double what Zerorez charged. The other service did not clean the two pieces of furniture. I happily recommend Zerorez if you are in need of carpet cleaning.”
