“I can’t recommend Flat Out Detailing enough. Over time my car had slowly turned into cluttered, dusty, and honestly overwhelming without me fully realizing it. Between everyday life, errands, and being constantly on the go, it just got away from me. “Clarity Car Washing will be my go-to for car detailing moving forward. David was super polite and professional. The software he uses for his appointments is fantastic. I was able to track his location on the way to me, so I knew exactly when he would be at my house. I was able to pay and add a tip using the same system, which made it so easy. My car looks so nice! I don't think her rims have ever looked so good. The interior is spotless. I do a lot of hiking and kayaking, so you can imagine the amount of sand/dirt that was in the carpets. David got it all! And this was only their standard detailing. The cherry on top is that I didn't have to go anywhere, he came to me. He even spent 10 extra minutes making sure he got everything, instead of stopping at his proposed end time. It speaks to his excellent customer service. “Having been a customer for over 8 years, Eddie's attention to detail is beyond any level on cars I have ever seen. I do Concourse on on one of my cars and know what to look for in detail. We have had Eddie and Samana do 5 of our Mercedes over the last 8 years. The last one was an E450 Estate Wagon with PPF and window tint. It needed some bumper work as well.
