We were blessed to have Samuel and Jesus with us to install our new heating and cooling system. They were very courteous and helpful, ensuring that everything was done right. They did not leave until they could confirm that the system would both heat and cool. Their work and care were amazing.
I've been a happy customer since the early 1970s. Today I had to have my heating system replaced. They showed up on time and finished two hours ahead of schedule. I've never had a bad experience with Bill Howe.
Juan Lopez was really great today with getting everything we needed done quickly and efficiently. He also pointed out a couple of other things that needed replacing, and was able to take care of those issues today as well. He explained what needed to be done and how much each task would cost prior to starting, and left the areas clean and neat. Each time we have used Bill Howe we have have received great service, from making the appointment until the end of repairs. We appreciate having a plumbing repair provider we can call knowing we will always receive excellent service. Thank you Juan and Bill Howe.
