Robert is the best. He has worked on our HVAC unit a few times, and ran new /piping (plumbing) when the hot water sprung a leak in the slab. He is honest, reliable, shows up when as promised, calls if running late (jobs are like that). What's mostly telling is that he has a referral only business. This company, due to quality, honesty and good work, has no need to advertise. Prices are excellent. Sometimes you have to wait a bit because he is so busy, but when he says he will be there, he shows up. Can't ask for more.
I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I found out about Robert from an acquaintance who highly recommended him and I can see why. Very honest, showed up when he said he would, and did a great job fixing our air conditioner at a reasonable price. As a bonus, he was very pleasant and took the extra time to show my husband what was wrong with the unit and also what was working right and didn't need to be replaced. My husband said he felt like he got an HVAC master class after meeting with Robert! An added plus is he's a plumber too so I will definitely be keeping his number in my contacts and using him for any and all future plumbing needs as well as replacing our air conditioner if and when the time comes. I was initially surprised to hear Robert doesn't advertise and only operates by referrals and thought 'how can someone stay in business that way'. After using his services, now I know how he does it. His integrity is first rate!
