From the instant I called the Advanced Care Veterinary Hospital, I was consoled and relieved by Maddie's empathy as she scheduled my appointment. When I arrived on Friday evening, I was taken into an exam room right away, and the tech, Sarah, very sweetly greeted my ailing kitty. After taking a history and then sharing it, I met Dr. Maret. I was immediately put at ease by her calm and friendly manner. The physical exam was completed, and all of the staff made sure my kitty was treated with care. High praise for this practice. Our previous vet closed and recommended Advanced Care. Unfortunately, our first visit was an urgent one. However, the staff was very accommodating and compassionate. They were able to access our dog Brandy's medical records easily and managed her surgery and return home the same day. They called and checked in the next day to make sure Brandy was recovering well and we were comfortable with her recovery plan. We are grateful for the loving care provided to our family!
