Ernesto T from Comfort Now came out to see why our 32 year old AC unit was not working. After determining repair costs we decided to purchase a new unit. Ernesto was very informative and we were given all options for both repairs or new purchase and were able to make an informed decision. There was no high pressure salesmanship. He was able to schedule the new installation Same Day. I am so glad we called Comfort Now!!!
I have had Aaron come out twice. Once to service my air conditioner and now to service my heater. Both seasonal maintenance. He is professional, courteous and thorough. He was helpful in all aspects and gave clear answers and helpful advice. I feel he goes above and beyond with helping the customer to attain the best use out of their unit. Thank you Aaron
This company went above and beyond for my family. Reached out to Dustin Miller owner of company and asked for help getting my heater fixed. The heater had been down for four days and Dustin sent out an employee the next day and had my heater running within a couple hours. I highly recommend this company for any AC or Heater work. Fast, reliable, trustworthy, friendly. It was a great experience from start to finish. The technician Cristian was on time, introduced himself, explained to me what his process was and went straight to work. Five stars all day.
