Crystal immediately noticed my mom’s needs and provided attentive guidance, patiently answering all her questions with a warm and friendly smile. My 5 star review is for the employee Destiny K. She was friendly, courteous, and unlike most of the employees I have experienced at the Porterville store. I told her so and the woman in line behind me was in agreement with my usual experience of unfriendly and inattentive help. Great job Destiny !

Customer service is always so bad here. They never give me my free gifts. The customer service alone makes me drive to another town to shop there instead. It always feel like I’m a burden here.
