I am late in writing this review. At the beginning of summer, this year, 2024, my A/C went out. I called Prosperity Air, I have used their services before. It was after hours and their receptionist, checked in and listened to my message and minutes later she returned my call. She gave me some suggestions to try and when those did not work she scheduled me an appt for the very next day. I was so great full. All in all they stayed until the job was done. The owner, Margarito, came out to let me know it will be fixed that day, he knew that my 92 yr old mom lives with me. I will continue to use and recommend Prosperity Air. Absolutely pleased! Prompt to respond, polite, friendly, professional service. The technician, Jose, found the issue when two other techs from another company couldn't! I highly recommend Prosperity A/C!
I cannot say enough about Prosperity! They are the best! They came and fixed my problem within a couple hours and got us up and going. Very nice, professional staff and even took the time to explain the problem and what they did to fix it. Thank you Prosperity.
