“This is a fabulous company ~ my furnace made a horrible noise and then stopped working at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. They came out at the end of the day to assess the problem, even though it meant they had to work until after 6 pm. The motor that needed to be replaced couldn't be picked up over the weekend, but Monday morning they let me know what time they'd have it and kept me informed throughout the day. They prioritized getting it fixed since I had been completely without heat for 3 days over a cold weekend. Then Tuesday morning they followed up to be sure all was working well. Knowing a company will take your call and help you is such a relief, especially when it comes to heat in the winter!“

“I am late in writing this review. At the beginning of summer, this year, 2024, my A/C went out. I called Prosperity Air, I have used their services before. It was after hours and their receptionist, checked in and listened to my message and minutes later she returned my call. She gave me some suggestions to try and when those did not work she scheduled me an appt for the very next day. I was so great full. All in all they stayed until the job was done. The owner, Margarito, came out to let me know it will be fixed that day, he knew that my 92 yr old mom lives with me. I will continue to use and recommend Prosperity Air.
