Zephyr has been from day one responsive to our A/C Heating concerns and our units are running beautifully thanks to their technicians. Two years ago, during a heat wave in July, we needed a new A/C unit - the job was done in one day, including a huge crane out back of our house that had to hoist the unit up to our roof deck. We just used Zephyr to replace our rooftop unit. Our house is 100 years old and there were a lot of issues to resolve. Kevin and his team were amazing. Answered every call and text and responded quickly. They solved all the issues and completed the job quickly. We had talked to seven potential companies and Zephyr was very competitive on the price. I have already recommended them to two friends who are now replacing their rooftop units.
