Lynn is amazing! She always does such a beautiful job on my nails and pays attention to every little detail. The shop is clean, welcoming, and professional, and I always leave so happy with my nails.
I've been here a handful of times and i'm always happy when I leave. i love it here because it's so clean and everyone is so nice and accommodating. so far, anne and tom have worked on my nails and both have done an amazing job. tom did An acrylic full set for me today with design and I absolutely love it.
I've been coming here for about a year now and have always had a great experience. The service is usually excellent, and I always leave happy with my nails. Yesterday, I came in for a mani-pedi. My pedicure turned out great, but I was really unhappy with how my nails looked. I did ask the technician to fix the issues I noticed, but unfortunately, he didn't seem very concerned.
Afterward, I spoke with the front desk, and they were very understanding. They gave me a discount and asked me to come back the next day so they could make it right. When I returned, they fixed my nails at no extra charge and were very accommodating throughout the process.
