I love deep tissue, therapeutic massages. I’m active and seek maintenance & repair at a reasonable price, and I’m not impressed with the glam. If this is you, I highly recommend Abel. Also, seeing the body building manager at my gym there to see Abel say he’s the best confirmed we found a great masseuse!
Made a same-day appointment for a 90-minute deep tissue massage. Scheduling was easy and I received a confirmation of appointment and location shortly after. My posterior chain was super tight, and it had been a minute since I’d had some body work outside of chiropractic. In other words, I needed this massage to be great.
And it was.
Between the intuitive massage techniques and the stretching, the therapist — whose name I wish I had gotten — was able to get me started on recovery. The tightness started to melt. And it was also somehow soothing at the same time. Double plus.

I made an appointment right when they opened and was accommodated within the hour. I had a 60 minute massage with Peter and it was UH-MAZING! Feeling so relaxed and peaceful! Thank you! ☺️
