It took me a long while to write a review of this place. I went in with Nathaly for a haircut. My appointment was at 2. I got there a few minutes before but she was helping someone else so I had to wait. Well, it took about another 20 minutes before she was ready for me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I ended with something that looked totally different. I was very dissatisfied. Anyway, I asked how much it was gonna be (just wanted to be outta there) and she fucking told me it was $80. I was totally taken aback. Francis is the bomb! She knows what her clients hair needs! She gives awesome customer service, takes care of you, and is always smiling! Makes you eel welcoming! I trust her with my hair every time!!!
I would give 10 stars if I could! I just had a balayage, and it turned out amazing! I've had many over the years and this was the fastest yet the best color turn out. I wish I had found Nathaly years ago. I will be returning for all of my hair needs. Love love love!
