I've been seeing Mariela for almost 8 years since she was at Beauty by Us. If I ask her for "just a trim" she will literally put her finger tips at risk for my tiny trim. She always cuts my hair exactly how I ask and I always share a good laugh with her at our appointments! This entire team is always friendly and communicative to provide exactly what you're looking for.

My first time going to FRANCIS was for a touch up on my roots and highlights. When I go in for my appt, she was literally rushing the whole time telling me she had a party to go to (UNPROFESSIONAL!!). I liked how my hair came out, but weeks later I noticed she didn't even finish the back side of my hair and I paid FULL PRICE!!! I didnt notice because it was the under layer of my hair!! I let it go and thought maybe she'll do better next time.. so 2nd time I go to her was for the same thing, touch up on roots and make my highlights lighter since they were losing original color.
